This Privacy Policy describes how Arvi AI Tech collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CricPulse mobile application. By using CricPulse, you agree to the practices described here.
- Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Firebase Authentication.
- Guest / Anonymous Sessions: If you choose "Continue as Guest", Firebase assigns a temporary anonymous ID. No personal information is collected.
- Match & Scoring Data: Scores, player names, team names, and match statistics you enter are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to Firebase Firestore for live broadcast overlays.
- Live Stream Data: When you broadcast a match, video and audio are transmitted directly from your device to YouTube via RTMP. We do not store or record your stream.
- Device & Usage Information: Anonymised crash reports and performance data to improve stability, including device model, OS version, and app version.
- Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- To provide and improve the CricPulse scoring and live-streaming experience.
- To authenticate your account and keep your match data synced across sessions.
- To power the live scoring overlay shown during your YouTube broadcast.
- To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob.
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs using anonymised diagnostics.
- To send push notifications about app updates and features (can be disabled in device settings).
Your data is stored using Firebase (Google LLC) services — Authentication, Firestore, and Storage — which are protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Match data is stored locally on your device first; cloud sync occurs only during live broadcast sessions.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- Firebase / Google LLC — for authentication, database, and storage services.
- Google AdMob — for in-app advertising.
- YouTube / RTMP Providers — your live stream goes directly to the endpoint you configure; we do not intermediate or store stream content.
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Camera — required to capture and broadcast the live cricket stream.
- Microphone — required to include audio in the live broadcast.
- Internet — required for Firebase sync, live streaming, ads, and push notifications.
- Foreground Service — keeps the broadcast running while the app is in the foreground.
- Notifications — to deliver push notifications about match updates and app features.
All permissions are requested only when needed and explained in-context within the App.
CricPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
- Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile information within the App.
- Delete Account: Use our Account Deletion Request page to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
- Ad Personalisation: You can opt out of personalised ads through your device's ad settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Push Notifications: You can disable notifications at any time via Android Settings → Apps → CricPulse → Notifications.
- Guest Mode: Use the App without creating an account; anonymous data is not linked to any identity.
